I’m a licensed psychotherapist and board-certified creative arts therapist in New York City and the Hudson Valley. My approach is trauma-informed and deeply rooted in feminist and liberation psychology frameworks - which focuses on the client relationship and understanding your unique needs as an individual.
I became a therapist after a long career in design and production, where
I witnessed the therapeutic value of collaboration and self-expression. My relationship to my personal creative practice drew me to art therapy.
As a therapist, I utilize multiple evidence-based techniques, including dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), internal family systems (IFS), Gestalt therapy, and somatic approaches.
I also incorporate the additional tools of art, play, and mindfulness practices for clients interested in exploring creative expression.

I offer telehealth therapy services across New York State, making compassionate care accessible wherever you are.
Whether you're seeking support for trauma, anxiety, stress, or creative exploration, I’m here to help.
I hold a master’s degree in Art Therapy and Creativity Development from Pratt Institute, where I was awarded the Pratt Circle Award for academic excellence. In addition to my work as a therapist, I also maintain an active artistic practice, exhibiting work in galleries throughout the country. I draw inspiration from experiences in my previous career, nature, and my own creative practice to create a dynamic and supportive environment for healing.
